Dishonest After purchasing two vehicles 3 years ago from Milham Ford, I decided to return and purchase 2 new vehicles which is now Koch 33 Ford. The previous sales person which helped us was now working for Koch Toyota 33 he was able to help us with the Ford purchase since we were pleased with him. Koch 33 Went today to try to purchase a new vehicle . They gave me a price and monthly payments based on i didnt even know on what because they never check my credit or gave me an interest rate. When i asked if that was the best they could offered me they say yes! Didnt even try to negotiate or gave me any other options
very poor experience after the sale Purchased used Mustang convertible early March 2017, no problem during the sale. Promised a second key and have had the run around ever since, including from the general manager Tom Koch. Would not recommend this company. They should read Lee Iacoca's book abut how to treat a customer. Been a Ford customer for 45 years, and purchased 7 Lincolns and 4 mustangs, and never had this problem. Very poor
Sales manager Bill Kammetler Went in to buy a new truck while test driving they took my truck to look at for trade in as normal and they present me their "DEAL" $800. Now I did my homework KBB came in at over $4300, Edmunds came in at $4280 I rated my truck in the lowest category in both systems. Bill tells me that's what he wants he wants to be at with my truck as I'm leaving it magically comes up to $4000. Brake pedal slowly goes to floor while waiting at stop light Have had at dealer 7 times even had it happen at service bay. In front of service manager his answer its normal. B/ S. Not safe for my family . Dealer does not care.
A long time wait with an appointment This place took forever for a registrationand a change of air and cabin filters , I had my appoinmtnt at 10am and i was not out until 1:15ish. Mind u my wait time was 2 hours even with an appointment and i waited and extra hour after that. And only because i asked about the car being ready and me waiting so long .

Horrible to deal with after purchase Let me start off by saying I actually wrote a positive review back when I purchased my Explorer. I didn't have a problem with Milham until after I purchased my vehicle and needed them to cancel my GAP insurance and extended warranty. Nobody seems to know how to do their job and really don't care about you once you have purchased a car from them. I bought a brand new Ford Explorer in 2014. Disappointment 2yrs/25k policy We have also been a Toyota Customer off and on since 2004. Since 2009, 2 Venza's, a Prius, Several Camry's and now a Corolla S. I don't drive my car a lot therefore presently 17K and had the car for 26months. I to pay for oil change, etc. You would think even though Toyota doesn't want their customers to stay that Milham would. I believe the only reason we never came upon this before as we always bought a NEW car before the 2 yrs. Makes me want to rethink were I should be shopping in the future... read more
