Stay away from Milam Ford - unethical I bought a brand new F150 4x4 off road pick-up. When I took it in for the first service at 4,000 miles, they told me one of the tires was bad (had bubbles) and it was my fault. First they accused me of having a flat and then filling it back with air - something that was completely untrue. Then they said it was my driving. negative attitude I purchased a Ford Fusion used. I did not notice it but there was damaged to the underneath of the car door sill. The salesman stood where my wife or me could not see the damage. When we finally saw the damage I mentioned that we did not want the car but the salesman said it was too late since the paperwork was completed. I would never purchase a car from this dealer ship again. In the past I have purchase 6 cars from them. NEVER AGAIN
Aviod At All Costs Will never go back to Milham again. If you get an Auto Trader Guaranteed Instant Trade in Offer, Milham will be one of the dealers in the Lehigh Valley listed as a VIP center but they are anything but. The Auto Trader Guaranteed Instant Trade in value is going to be low so as it is, tends to be at the low end of the Trade in Value of the just Good condition car as valued by any online source of information but it's not a bad starting point. Awful Experience All I can say is you should read the Yelp reviews on this place and choose any other dealer. The physical environment is offensive. The staff is either incompetent or dishonest or both. My experience today involved striking a reasonable deal for a vehicle advertised on their website. Ripped Off by Service adept. I came in for an oil change for my 2014 Ford Explorer. I was quoted a price of $42.99 for the oil change. Upon completion of the service I was handed a bill for over $70! The service guy told me they had to use "special oil" for my Explorer so it was more expensive. Sleezy dealership...I WILL NEVER BE BACK!

Warranty About a month ago me and my wife purchased an 08 Nissan Versa. The vehicle was great except for the tps and knock in the steering. The knock we didnt notice til after we purchased the car because the test drive was on rough rugged streets so it wasnt noticed. The tps was corrected after 2 attempts and trying to charge me for the repair. The knock is still here and was told no covered by my warranty.
