Great Sales Staff I chose to buy my new Sienna from Koch 33 Toyota despite the 90 minute drive from my home. 2018 Tacoma Nobody generally likes the car buying experience. But when I went there to look at a Tacoma I felt more like I was at a family reunion than an auto dealership. From the salesman Steven Douglas, to the general manager, everyone treated us like family. Do yourself a favor, if your in the market for a car, at least give them a try.

Great service. My Highlander was due for 5000 mile maintenance. I drove the vehicle into a covered garage area, was immediately greeted by a service manager, shown to the very modern waiting room and on my way in less than 30 minutes. It does not get much better than that.

Outstanding I was looking for a 2018 Toyota Hybrid through Cars.com and I found the exact model at Koch 33 in Easton, Pa. which I promptly contacted. And to make this story short, I purchased the car the next day. But the key points here is that the car was a new one, and “spotless”..all clean as was the dealership !
