Smooth and easy. Smooth, easy experience. I dislike sales pressure and received none at all here. Norman M. was friendly and helpful. He owned the same truck as I bought, so he filled me in on all the nuances of the Tacoma, which was great.
Another great experience We have been patronizing this dealership for 15 years now and this is our 5th Toyota purchased from them. Very smooth and easy purchase. Norman our salesman was great. Super knowledgable and took the time to help us compare the different models of RAV4s so we could find the best suited for my wife.
Incredible service!! We recently moved to PA and were searching for a new car. We knew we wanted to buy Toyota so we went to place close to.new home. We walked up to dealership and met salesman Norman. Munoz. He spent lots of time with us trying to decide which car would best meet our needs. The entire process was a pleasure. Norman was very friendly, knowledgeable and patient as he dealt with senior citizens who get lost in new technology! This is a higly professional dealership top to bottom! Don’t go anywhere else!

Excellent experience This was the smoothest , zero pressure, hassle free truck buying experience I have ever had . The sales team was friendly, courteous and very professional. Everyone was so easy to work with and listened to what I was looking for. Never once did they try to sell or add something I did not need or want . I was in and out in record time with the exact truck and price I wanted.This is the way it should be .
