Great customer care Koch 33 Toyota has their act together. You pull into the service garage and a person comes to your door to greet you. I was checked in immediately dropping off my vehicle. They called me when the job was done and they were actually 30 mins earlier then anticipated.
A perfect 10. The service I received on 7/16/18 was impeccable. The advisor was professional and friendly. The vehicle was serviced and returned to me quickly.
Great truck buying experience We stopped here after visiting other dealerships. The Koch team was knowledgeable and didn’t pressure us into buying a vehicle. The showroom was clean and inviting. We ended up buying a new truck at an incredible price. Our salesman, Chris, took the time to understand what we were looking for and we were able to get it for a price we could afford.
Best experience ever After shopping at many local Lehigh Valley dealerships over the past two months, I accompanied our son to KOCH 33. He is a 21 year old college student who needed a safe, reliable, and affordable car to commute to school. Rite on time My experience at Koch 33 went very well. Oscar Alarcon took great care of me. He was responsive and attentive to what my needs were and quickly made the deal happen. Management was also very friendly and assured me that the truck I was buying was a great truck. All said and done I am very happy with my experience and look foreword to the service side of Koch 33!
July 9 2018 Reason for service appointment was certain lights stopped working. Front left turn signal light and left daytime run light were restored to working service during visit. Koch conducted further inspection and I had them complete their following recommendations: Air induction service complete. Cabin air filter replaced. 4 wheel alignment done.
