GREAT EXPERIENCE ONCE AGAIN This is the 3rd car that we have purchased from KOCH 33. We had a Great experience each time. OSCAR is great to work with and really took care of us and went above and beyond. My wife and I have a crazy schedule and are never at the same place at the same time. No hassle sales They never hassled me to purchase. I was in several times test driving different models. They even searched for car I wanted in trim and color since it wasn't on the lot.

Absolutely wonderful! I have been to dealerships before where they didn't really care about my needs only making a sale. That wasn't my experience at Koch 33 Toyota. Everyone was so nice. I dealt primarily with Oscar, who listened to what I wanted, and treated me with such kindness and respect. I was amazed by the honesty and greatly appreciated that customer service was their top priority rather than just making a sale. I would recommend this dealership to anyone who would listen.
