I love my RAV4! I just purchased my 3rd vehicle lease with John Bernard at Acton Toyota. It was a great experience working with the Acton Toyota team. John did an amazing job and he’s the best sales person I have ever worked with to purchase a vehicle. John is very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable about Toyota products. Acton Toyota has truly lived up to the Acton Promise to provide a Simple, Honest & Guaranteed purchase experience.

Great experience from start to finish. Brian Doney was fair and honest. He's the salesperson you hope to get. Mike Geoghegan handled the financing, and just like Brian he was forthright and professional. Same for Chris, who worked with us to land better insurance rates. Three thumbs up!

I feel like Acton Toyota staff were all very professional and worked with me to find me the car I wanted. I would absolutely recommend them and I would go back there to buy another car. I dreaded having to buy a car. But at Acton Toyota, it was very easy and comfortable. Great car shopping experience.

I have done business with Acton Toyota at least since 2006. They have always been attentive, personable and honest in my dealings with them including purchasing, repairing and maintaining my vehicles to the highest standard. I have just purchased my next new car from them and find them still working to their normal high standard demonstrating thoughtfulness and flexibility in meeting my current needs.

When I need a car I call Jim. He finds the car we need, sometimes like a magician pulling a rabbit from a hat. He's the only salesman I can recall thinking, "I really like that guy." By far the most positive major purchase experiences I've had. The service experience at the dealership doesn't feel as vibrant as it once did. I imagine there are several reasons: COVID, the late 2020 change in ownership, the inevitable march of time, and me being a dinosaur who is uncomfortable with change.
