The salesperson was very upfront with us about the lack of cars. I would not have bothered going to the dealership if I had known that they didn’t have what I was looking for even though their (and all other dealerships) reflect they have the cars in their inventory. If it has already been sold, take it off your site. And also the additional markup of around $5000 above MSRP. Misleading…. We have bought two Highlanders from here. The second was in the middle of the COVID pandemic. We had heard great things about them and I have seen nothing to contest that. In particular has been our recent experience. I discovered our 2021 Highland had a factory defect of a misaligned lift gate. Snow from a blizzard was able to get through the seal, as could sunlight.
