When I need a car I call Jim. He finds the car we need, sometimes like a magician pulling a rabbit from a hat. He's the only salesman I can recall thinking, "I really like that guy." By far the most positive major purchase experiences I've had. The service experience at the dealership doesn't feel as vibrant as it once did. I imagine there are several reasons: COVID, the late 2020 change in ownership, the inevitable march of time, and me being a dinosaur who is uncomfortable with change.

I was notified by DMV that my inspection sticker had expired. I call Acton Toyota and Leo told me to come right over. We did and Leo got us our new sticker promptly.

This was my first time taking my car for a service and I was surprised how efficient all went. After I left my car I received few phone calls telling me what is been done so far and approximately how long it will take to complete the rest of the service. Gentleman that checked my paper work was also helpful in giving me useful information about my car and answered all my questions. I am glad that I bought my Toyota Highlander there. See you all in four months again!
