I have always gotten excellent service from Acton Toyota. I used to avoid dealers for car service because they often are more expensive than independent repair shops, but Acton Toyota has always charged fairly and done good work. I am also pleased that they had a female mechanic at one time ( I don't know if she still is with them now.)

I can't say enough great things about Shawn and Steve, who helped my daughter buy her first car. I sent a request to Acton Toyota looking for the Corolla Cross. Shawn responded back to me promptly and gave me a great deal. Steve was very knowledgeable, professional, and helped my daughter familiarize herself with her new car. I couldn't ask for better customer service. They are great a team.
