My Lucerne had gas fumes. Its dealer was fully booked, so I took it to my former dealer, Acton Toyota, last Fri. pm. Not only were they able to look at it next day, they had a rental program. On Mon., after the svc. crew found leaky fuel lines, Miguel strongly recommended I take the car to Colonial Chevrolet, for they had certified mechanics for American cars w/ this kind of problem. John Bernard did an awesome job helping me replace my 05 Highlander with a new 23 Toyota Rav4 Hybrid XLE. He also did a great job explaining the different models. John kept me informed throughout the purchasing process and went through the car in detail upon delivery several times.
