Alicia (andKim) are the best. I needed an emergency tire repair and they accommodated. However, your fee to rotate four tires is excessive compared to most service centers.

Versus the previous week's service on the truck which took 2.5 hours, with an appointment, the LOF, tire rotation, fluids top-off and 25 point inspection on the car last Saturday was completed in under an hour. That's more like it!

Staff was friendly and efficient. The service was completed as requested. Very reasonable price. Comfortable waiting area. The wait was a little longer than expected (2 1/2 hours) but still easier than getting rides back and forth.
