I can't say enough great things about Shawn and Steve, who helped my daughter buy her first car. I sent a request to Acton Toyota looking for the Corolla Cross. Shawn responded back to me promptly and gave me a great deal. Steve was very knowledgeable, professional, and helped my daughter familiarize herself with her new car. I couldn't ask for better customer service. They are great a team.
Alicia (andKim) are the best. I needed an emergency tire repair and they accommodated. However, your fee to rotate four tires is excessive compared to most service centers.
Versus the previous week's service on the truck which took 2.5 hours, with an appointment, the LOF, tire rotation, fluids top-off and 25 point inspection on the car last Saturday was completed in under an hour. That's more like it!
Quick and efficient service. Oil change and snow tires all in one hour of service.
Advisor was very helpful in communicating my reason for visit to the technician. His opinion that there probably was no major problem was reassuring and turned out to be accurate.

Staff was friendly and efficient. The service was completed as requested. Very reasonable price. Comfortable waiting area. The wait was a little longer than expected (2 1/2 hours) but still easier than getting rides back and forth.
