Met when arrived at dealership and repair coordinator acknowledged appointment and reviewed services. Car returned timely with no problems.
Leo was great. We were in and out quick and efficient. We were there under an hour.
It was a long wait to get an evaluation for a flat tire. However, the service rep, Chris, was very concerned and did the best he could to minimize the inconvenience. I wound up having to get 4 new tires, rather than just replacing the flat one. That process took less time than waiting for the assessment!

Acton Toyota was one of the better dealerships I have worked with. The people were very nice and down to earth, not like the typical folk you experience at dealerships. The individuals I worked with were great - had a lot of useful information, took time to walk me through things, and seemed to be genuine. My service agent took the time to look up my car's recent service history to make sure that I was getting the right regular maintenance service. He discussed my vehicle concerns at length. The vehicle techs checked out my car and concluded that there were no problems that required further service. It's nice to be able to rely on a service department to assess a vehicle honestly and not tack on costly, unnecessary extras!
I come to Acton Toyota for service because Neil Schwartz is a no-nonsense, service expert who knows exactly what I want. If Neil didn't work there, I'd consider going somewhere else.
