I was over an hour late for my appointment due to unforeseen circumstances but they still allowed me to keep my appointment to which I was grateful. Chris was a fantastic rep. He was kind and professional.
My overall experience was excellent. Evan Martinez did a great job and helped to execute a very smooth process. A big part of my decision to buy was that you were not up charging the msrp on high demand vehicles.
Quality customer service and relatively painless transaction process despite some minor complexities involved in my vehicle purchase. The primary reason I am leaving a 5-star rating is that this is only one of two Toyota dealers in the New England area that gave me a sticker-price quote for a 2021 Rav4 Prime. The latest service was State Inspection and I knew there would be a long wait, but it’s very comfortable to pass the time at Acton Toyota and the wait time was exactly what the service person told me. I don’t always wait for service, but I always get great service!
Check-in was quick, the service desks are now well spaced. Chris kept me informed when a little more time was required. At the current mileage the scheduled service was more extensive and took a little longer than I expected, I should have asked when I dropped it off.
We've been going to Acton Toyota since it first opened in ACTON. Coincidentally, today our service rep was Neil Schwartz, who had been our service rep many times when the dealership was in Acton ! Neil and I are both still here at Toyota of Acton, need I say more!

I’ve been looking around for a RAV4 Prime and tried two other local dealers before buying from Steve. The other dealers wanted crazy markups or wanted me to sign and put a deposit on a car that they didn’t know when or if they would get. Steve was able to show me exactly what cars were coming in and approximately when. He gave me a good price on the new car without any markups and a good price for my trade-in.
