Professional and convenient. I've been bringing my car here for 11 years- while not inexpensive, service is excellent! You get what you pay for! Suggestion if you are having service: Check their website first for deals! Sometimes your service person will notify you and apply them and sometimes they will not. I saved $50 on the work done this time because I asked that a deal on their website be applied. Depending upon where you go, that is 1-2 weeks of morning coffee!
Except for the entry point of leaving my vehicle off (where traffic was not efficiently advanced) and the exit point of picking up my vehicle (when there was confusion about the previously quoted total cost to me) and necessary research/discussion with the person handling the paper review of the completed service and detailing final costs (although the revised figures were $50.00 above my earlier quote and a $5.00 rebate on filters not applied), thus slowing down and extending my departure time, its seems that all the servic... read more
I am always happy with this dealership. I like the professional, courteous, knowledgeable staff, and the waiting area. I do wish they would reopen the lunch room.
