Wonderful service department. I like that they always explain things to me, as I am not knowledgeable about cars. I also like their efficiency and pleasant attitude, and they have a clean and comfortable waiting area.

I had the pleasure of working with Steve Kiviat to get me into a new car earlier this year. Being a young female & not knowing much about cars or even how the whole leasing process worked I figured it would just be a quick sale and probably wouldn’t have much contact with Steve after the fact. I had previously had a bad experience at my local Toyota dealership and my second choice - 30 minutes away -could not get the vehicle I wanted due to the nationwide shortage. Acton is over two hours from me but I had a fantastic experience from start to finish and would definitely make the drive again in the future!
