Alicia was very pleasant. She updated me via text. I dropped off my car the night before, but it was not ready until the end of the day. This was not an issue, but she apologized and explained that there was a shortage of staff in the shop. She was very personable.
The entire experience was hassle free and very easy. Our salesperson, Brian, was excellent!! He was always available to answer question and was very responsive to all of my inquiries throughout the process.
I've been a happy customer for more than 30 years, and I keep coming back to Acton Toyota to both purchase and service my cars. I've taken three of those cars to 200K + miles. I couldn't ask for a better dealership to work with.
Easy sales process. Vehicle was ready to drive upon my arrival. Once finalized free delivery to my house saving me time and hassle.
