I've purchased cars for over forty years. Stephen Poulin is the best car salesman I have dealt with in all of that time. He was quick to respond to all of my (many) questions, offered an excellent price up front, and was very knowledgeable about his products. This is our first new car purchase with Acton Toyota. We were looking to purchase a new Prius and at the recommendation of a friend went to Acton Toyota of Littleton. We worked with John Bohr and were exceptionally pleased with John's knowledge of the vehicle and the efficiency of the transaction. John treated us with honesty and respect and I'd highly recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a new car. We have always had a very good experience at Acton Toyota. This is the second car we have purchased from Ken Hsu. Ken makes buying a car easy and hassle free. In addition this is the fourth car we have purchased at Acton Toyota and when the time comes I am sure we will by another car there.

Incredible inventory and the staff works hard to find a fit for you. Staff was quick to help us work out a deal on Prius Plug in and I'm loving the 80+ mpg so far
Overall Acton's sales process is not aggravating, as I have found with other dealers. Buying a vehicle is generally extremely frustrating, I have my job [lowest price] to do and they have their job [most profitable for salesman and dealership ]to do. If I had not spent considerable time on my own, investigating price of the vehicle I was turning in and any discounts offered by Toyota, I'm not sure if I would've gotten the deal I finally accepted.
