We are extremely picky consumers, but were shocked at how great our experience with Acton Toyota was. Shawn was amazing to work with. He was responsive, friendly and, above all, honest. He even ran the Carfax on a car we were considering with a competitor revealing it had serious damage (which the other dealer only admitted to me when I asked them about it). I recommend Acton Toyota to anyone looking to do business with a great organization!

It was a pleasure working with Scott Vachon and Stephen Poulin. I selected the car I wanted online and communicated initially via email with Stephen. Then I spoke to Scott and we agreed upon a price. He answered questions clearly and cheerfully, and was relaxed during my visits to Acton Toyota so that I never felt any pressure or manipulation. He explained the costs clearly and offered a fair and competitive price for the car and the trade-in. I appreciated his friendly and competent approach, and I would come back again.
A friend recommended this dealership because she bought her Toyota there 10 years ago. It wasn't one of the 5 dealerships that Edmunds offered me for a so-called online quote, but I figured I'd try it. The pricing for both my new car and my trade-in were very good. I got quotes online for a new toyota corolla from few dealers in our region. I visited this dealership since it was closest to my house. I spoke to Stephen Poulin on the phone and before we even arrived, he had the car warmed up for the test drive. Stephen was a delight to work with. I am very high maintenance and changed my mind not only as to what color of car I wanted but also what model and he just went with the flow. He answered all my questions and explained how they came to the numbers that they did. The only reason I put "good" for the price is that according to Kelly Blue Book my trade in was worth much more but apparently there is some sort of average done between different assessments of worth but other than that I was happy. Our experience at Acton Toyota can only be described as FABULOUS.
