Fantastic sales experience, and i really mean that. John went way beyoond what anyone else would do, and was kind to my daughter -- even driving her old camry for a fix/appraisal at a local repair shop.
After totaling my car in a snowstorm I was in dire need of a reasonably priced and reliable car. My first call was to Neil at Acton Toyota, someone of which I have full trust. After buying four cars (new and used ) from Neil over the past 20 years I was confident he would find me the right car. Of course Neil came through and I can recommend his honesty and full disclosure about the car and it's condition. This is why my first call when purchasing a new or used vehicle will always be to Neil.
Vann White went above and beyond with the service he gave in the purchase of this new car for my college age daughter. Very friendly and answered every question asked about the vehicle and even did research for us on the computer to pass on to my Consumer Report toting mother !! He was always smiling and in a great mood even though he was always running for something.
I started looking for a new car on-line and was put in contact with Alex Wheaton who answered my initial questions on-line; and he then set-up a mutually convenient time for my wife and I to meet with him and discuss sales vs. lease options. My wife recently purchased a used 2011 Toyota Camry from Acton Toyota. This was our 3rd used vehicle purchase from Acton Toyota, and our 2nd experience working with Bob Gaudet. As always, the entire experience was terrific from beginning to end. Bob was very understanding, zero pressure, and great to work with. We are very happy with Acton Toyota, and will continue to purchase our vehicles there, as well as recommend the dealership to others.
just bought a RAV4 from Acton Toyota. the salesman is Ken Hsu. it is the first time for us to buy from Acton Toyota. very impressed by their Internet Sales Process. definitely a hassle-free one. Ken is very knowledgeable on Toyota vehicles. he is extremely friendly. he did all follow up promptly, but was not pushy at all. we believe we got a good price and we are very happy with the new car so far. highly recommend Acton Toyota and Ken Hsu!
From the minute I contacted the dealership via e-mail my experience was polite and speedy.
