Overall the experience was pain-free, Bill was great to deal with. We sat in the Children's room with our 2 boys and Bill came in and out with all the info. I appreciated the effort. All we had to do was sign at the end.
This is the second Prius that I've leased from Chris. He's trustworthy, listens, is responsive, and is very knowledgeable about the many available options. I will return when this lease is over-- for sure!
This is my 2nd vehicle purchase from Acton Toyota. I had bought a 2008 Toyota RAV4 from Dave Anderson and the sales experience was so pleasant and the service visits for my SUV were so well done that I decided to purchase my new 2012 Prius Plug-In from Mr. Anderson at Acton Toyota as well.

It was a pleasure to work with Stephen Poulin and Acton Toyota to purchase our new Prius v. When I called Acton Toyota and asked for Jim I was told that he had a 'guest' at his desk and would I like voicemail. The term 'guest' is a subtle but noticeable difference at Acton Toyota. Over a several month process, going between the dealership and the annex, we searched for a used Highlander. Alex made our purchase extremely easy. He was very helpful and patient while we test drove several different cars, trying to decide which to purchase.
