This is the second Prius that I've leased from Chris. He's trustworthy, listens, is responsive, and is very knowledgeable about the many available options. I will return when this lease is over-- for sure!
This is my 2nd vehicle purchase from Acton Toyota. I had bought a 2008 Toyota RAV4 from Dave Anderson and the sales experience was so pleasant and the service visits for my SUV were so well done that I decided to purchase my new 2012 Prius Plug-In from Mr. Anderson at Acton Toyota as well.

It was a pleasure to work with Stephen Poulin and Acton Toyota to purchase our new Prius v. Stephen was professional, knowledgeable, and friendly, and he created a relaxed interaction -- this same interaction could be very unpleasant or stressful with a less competent sales consultant. When I called Acton Toyota and asked for Jim I was told that he had a 'guest' at his desk and would I like voicemail. The term 'guest' is a subtle but noticeable difference at Acton Toyota. Over a several month process, going between the dealership and the annex, we searched for a used Highlander. I've purchased cars for over forty years. Stephen Poulin is the best car salesman I have dealt with in all of that time.
