I bought a car early in Jan, 2013. I bought a 2010 Hyaundi Accent. The price was very affordable, and they were very helpful due to some credit issues (due to a divorce). They made the process very easy. When I got the car home, I had 2 major issues with the car, 1, the horn was broken 2, the struts and sway bar links were broken. I brought to there service dept. and received the royal treatment. My experience with this dealer was a great one. I found the car online and came from out of state to test drive it. After trying it out, I decided to buy it and have never found the process as simple as it was. They gave me the amount I wanted for my trade in and made the paperwork easy. I was in and out in only a couple of hours and got a great deal on a great used car. I puchased a Highlander from Chris back in August and had a great experience with him then. I found a more fuel efficient Prius V that intersted me and decided to reach out to Chris again to see if he coudl held me. Chris and Actone Toyota were able to meet my very specific financial criteria. I am very please and woudl recommend this dealership to anyone.
The dealership worked hard to get everything done in the same day for me so that I could drive away with the inspection sticker and registration all taking care of for me. Also, Tomas Revetria went the extra mile for me after I left the dealership by sticking to his word and getting me an owners manual for the used Dodge I purchased. John was very friendly and personal. The wait time was minimal. I have nothing bad to say, buying the car was a very positive experience. Gene, in finance, was also great. He helped me a great deal and I appreciate all their efforts.
