Overall, this was the best, albeit least stressful, car purchase experience ever. Stephen Poulin exemplifies what a sales associate should be: professional, courteous and knowledgable. He kept in touch, responded promptly throughout the process. I would definitely recommend this dealership to others.

My car buying experience started when I used True Car and Alex contacted me with an email and all the options I was looking for in my new Highlander back in July. Chris is my kinda guy. In our dealings he was very eager to please, got all my questions answered, no pressure, good follow through. What more could you ask?
