Efficient service experience overall. Pleasant and speedy check-in, accurate estimate for wait time and thorough summary and checkout. Can't say enough about Alicia who was the consummate service professional. There is a value to sleeping at night knowing your vehicle is being serviced by Toyota service team.
Almost 20 years in the making to return to a pick up truck after minivans and “bus” like suvs. I took a drive from Reading to look at a Tundra. I met Brian and he put me at ease and no pressure attitude. I got it registered and inspected the next day. From Brian to the managers I got a sense they all want you pleased with the product and service. Well I am pleased and thank you all. (Thanks Brian)

Brought my car in for routine maintenance and an issue was found. I was notified promptly and options discussed. Service was great. Leo kept me informed every step of the way.
I came away feeling satisfied, having dealt with a professional. Leo is great. The service department compares favorably to our previous Toyota service folks in Norman, Oklahoma. The one thing different is that the Oklahoma group would detail the car as a part of routine service.

Service was great, had to wait 10-15 minutes for my car to be brought upfront.
