This was the first time I dealt with Acton Toyota of Littleton and I will definitely go back to them the next time I'm looking to buy a new car. No hassles, no pressure. I highly recommend Acton Toyota of Littleton for the very positive customer service experience I had when shopping for a Certified Pre-Owned Toyota Prius. Some dealers say that they pride themselves on a high level of customer service but few deliver. Buying a car has always been a necessary evil for me. I have never liked the buying process from sales pitch to negotiation and closing. I did not feel like John Bernard sold a car to me. Instead, he found out what I wanted, determined what challenges might keep me from buying, and solved them. John is a very good problem solver who just happens to be selling cars. I won't hesitate to deal with John again.

I bought car with my daughter and found Scott very professional, courteous and informative. He answered all of our questions and did not put any pressure on either of us. We had already visited 5 other dealers and once we met scott we stopped shoppping and bought the car. I have and will continue to refer people to Scott.

Mr. Joseph Tosi is the main reason why I purchased my vehicle. His approach was truly professional and courtesy with emphasis on customer satisfaction. He is thoroughly knowlegeable about the product and answered all my questions to my satisfaction. He is a credit and asset to Action Toyota as well as Toyota itself and is an example of what a Toyota employee should strive to be.

I LOVE this dealership----the food is great, and the whole atmosphere absolutely spectacular-it makes the service appointment truly a pleasure! Driving indoors, the lunch, the nice people, the rewards points, etc. all great. Please make a 2011 convertible Solara. I'll buy it. Liz Pekkala

My husband and I bought 2 new vehicles, a Tacoma and a Rav 4. Steve was fantastic!! I was anxious going into the dealership but Steve was great to work with. The whole process went smoothly thanks to him!! We will definitely recommend him and Acton Toyota to anyone we know interested in purchasing a vehicle!! And of course we'll be back for our next purchase!!

Steve was very courteous, helpful, professional, and honest. He made sure everything went smoothly throughout the entire process. But I had the privilege of observing him from a distance previously as I watched how he handled my wife's purchase. So after she bought her car, I selected my salesman (Steve) and then I selected my car!
