I came into Acton Toyota to purchase a New Camry and was helped by Gregg McHugh. I was very impressed with his knowledge of the automobile and how Gregg and the rest of the internet department made me feel very comfortable during my visit. In fact when I told Gregg I was hungry he and his Manager Scott walked me to the Cafeteria where they treated me to lunch; now that was something I didn't expect from a car dealership! Fantastic experience and would recomend to all. Bought a very nice truck for my insurance agency here. I have purchased many vehicles throughout my life and this was honestly one of the most pleasurable expereinces I have had. Scott was extremely knowledable about the product line and evaluated my needs perfectly! Customer for life!

Tomas was very friendly and helpful. We bought two vehicles at the same time. He was very articulate with making sure we got the options we wanted. He went as far as to let us try a corolla with and without a spoiler to check for visibility. When it came to purchasing he was very good with applying our trade in to correct vehicle for lower interest etc... Very Nice guy!

Before I stepped foot into the dealership I had spoken to Ray and established what I wanted and how I would like to initiate the deal. Ray is a true professional and our deal was done within 20 minutes. Purchased an extended warranty and we were done...

I came to Toyota because I was interested in a used pickup due to an accident with my old truck. I knew what I had in mind and was greeted by bill with a smile and a handshake. I was impressed with the dealership it was gorgeous. So I told bill what I was looking for and what my price range was and right off the bat he brought my to the Toyota tundra which I ended up purchasing. The people are great to work with, the work is done when they say it will be and they go out of their way to help you out. The waiting area is very comfortable, the bathrooms are clean, the restaurant is good and they are in a convenient location. Also, Bob Moran looks good in a bikini.

I've had unpleasant situations at other dealers (high pressure sales), yet Gregg made the experience a pleasurable one. I came in with my mom Diane and Scott was fantastic! We never felt pressured to purchase and were shown a lot of options. I have had sales people before make me feel as though I had to purchase right way even before I had made my decision and Scott was not that way at all. It was an all around great experience.

There are not enough words to describe the exceptional service I received when I showed up to buy a new car. I was referred to John Bernard by my mechanic who told me John would take care of me and he certainly did that. I have not purchased a car since I bought my RAV4 in 1997. I was amazed at how fast the whole transaction took, especially since I showed up without an appointment and John was working with two other customers as well.
