We could not be more pleased with our purchase of a 2010 Highlander. Shawn Gormley from the Internet Sales was a pleasure to work with from start to finish. We told Shawn the exact model and color we wanted and he was on it. He worked very hard to locate a dealer trade. The price for the new car and also our trade was very fair. The whole process was very fast and painless. We also worked with Ken on the pickup. Excellent job by Shawn, Ken and the team at Acton Toyota. Highly recommend buying through Shawn or Ken.

Our Toyota Avalon is now eight years old. We purchased it when Acton Toyota was indeed in Acton, and, because of the quality of the service department, we have never taken it anywhere else, except, perhaps for a carwash. Truly, Acton Toyota is a "class act," one which other dealerships should strive to follow. We always know that the technicians there understand our car completely and treat it accordingly. I was delighted and surprised by the caliber of service from Tomas Revetria. I didn't need much assistance deciding on the Prius but he carefully explained many details and made sure that I understood all aspects of the transaction. Tomas' low key, professional manner was appreciated. He is a very personable salesman. We arrived late at the Acton dealership and Shawn was very patient and stayed pass closing time to make sure that we were all set with our purchase. Our overall experience with the dealer was very positive. Chris was very easy to work with and at no time did we feel the typical car dealer pressure tactics usually felt at other dealers. He was friendly and listened to what we were looking for and quickly provided us with test drive cars even though we clearly weren't decided on a particular car style and in fact the options we considered were very different (Prius versus Venza). I purchased two vehicles from Acton Toyota since October 2009 and they are the 5th & 6th cars we have purchased from that dealership. I find the selection and quality of vehicles to be the best in the surrounding area. When you combine the salesmenship with their new state of the art service facility (on-line service appointments, beautiful facility, cafeteria, fitness center, and unlimited internet access) it makes it a great dealership overall. Our family has purchased a Camry, RAV4, and three Prius. Competitive price on new cars. Good service delivered on time. Service can be expensive however especially on the Prius. I have recommended this dealer to neighbors. Generous benfits for customers, including WiFi, coffee, and lunch.

Mr. Shawn Gormley has an approach that can be summarized in three words: easy, simple and straightforward. His answers were not overdrawn. He had a fairly good knowledge-base about the car (Prius 2010) and readily admitted his limits or uncertainties. I appreciated the time and space that he has allowed around the decision-making process. Pricing was smoothed over by the efforts of Mr. Kevin Townshend, another member of the Internet Sales Dept, who forwarded several quotes and incentives.
