I had my best car buying experience at Acton Toyota of Littleton dealing with Tom Downing as my salesman. He is honest, straight forward salesman and great person who knows everything about the cars. He raised my confidence about buying Toyota and made me feel good about my decision. All stuff at the dealership from finance to service is very courteous and pleasure to deal with. I'll recommend Tom and Acton Toyota to my friends, business associates and family members.
Juliana puttogetehr competitive pricing for us. She promptlt provided a car for us to test drive. Her follow up was excellent. I bought a 2008 prius from Juliana and came back with my husband to look at a Camry Hybrid. We are more than satisfied with the level of service Juliana has consistently provided.
The service department is always ready when I get there and truns my car around quickly. When the service takes a while, the free Wi-Fi and snacks make the time productive. the people are always friendly. I have now purchased 2 cars from this dealer, one new and one used and I am satisfied in all respects.

The people are friendly and skilled, and provide accurate estimates. The facility is clean, comfortable and provides lots of options for spending time waiting for the service to be completed. T.V. Internet access, magazines, coffee, snacks and lunch..you can't beat that.
After a very bad experience at Tewksbury IRA Toyota, my expectations were very low, but John and the rest of the staff at Acton Toyota quickly exceeded these expectations and showed me how a professional dealership is run. Needed to have my car serviced and couldn't have asked for a better experience. Helpful and informative. Took the time to make sure I understood all the facts and options prior and post service. We bought a 2010 Prius from Jim Sullivan at this dealership. We couldn't have been happier with the level of service and friendliness from Jim. The entire buying experience was a pleasure, and he even assisted us with some repairs on our Sienna. I came here for the 105k service maintenance on my Prius. I got there in the morning after making an appointment online earlier in the week. After being told it would take 2.5 hours for the service, I was given a voucher for a meal in their upstairs cafeteria. The cafeteria had plenty of seating, was clean and had decent food.
