Dealers website is user friendly to set up service for my vehicle. Service and a warranty recall was performed as scheduled and in a reasonable time frame. Follow up dialogue shows me the dealership takes customer service seriously.
I felt the experience was one of the best I experienced at a dealership. They were honest and did what they said they would.
I have been coming here for years and the service has always been excellent. The staff is friendly and always willing to answer any questions.
Was given a ticket and told to wait in car for service manager, took a few minutes, then service person took me to service desk where we transacted our business, a little different than before but ok
This was my first experience outside of the Jeep world in 2 decades. This dealership came highly recommended and I can see why! Great staff!
Once I got into the dealership things went quickly. Was not happy that I had to wait 30 minutes to get into the service garage area. Not a big fan of the new procedure to wait in your car until a service technician came out to get me.
It would be 5 star, but see reason below. Leo was a five star. Leo in the service department was professional and helpful. Work was done on the car. However, after replacing my four tires and returning home and going out again, it appears that there is now a malfunction in the tire pressure system. I left a note for Leo to call me and he called me back promptly. Unfortunately, this means I now must travel 80 miles round trip again. Just frustrating. Respectfully, Mark
Very busy day for the service department. I had an appointment for 10K service and it took longer than expected but everything was done with care and ALL staff I spoke to were kind and very reponsive.
Satisfying welcome by the service team, good resolution of my car's technical needs and reasonable price. It is always a good experience to come to Acton Toyota.
