Was given a ticket and told to wait in car for service manager, took a few minutes, then service person took me to service desk where we transacted our business, a little different than before but ok

Once I got into the dealership things went quickly. Was not happy that I had to wait 30 minutes to get into the service garage area. Not a big fan of the new procedure to wait in your car until a service technician came out to get me.

It would be 5 star, but see reason below. Leo was a five star. Leo in the service department was professional and helpful. Work was done on the car. However, after replacing my four tires and returning home and going out again, it appears that there is now a malfunction in the tire pressure system. I left a note for Leo to call me and he called me back promptly. Unfortunately, this means I now must travel 80 miles round trip again. Just frustrating. Respectfully, Mark

Very busy day for the service department. I had an appointment for 10K service and it took longer than expected but everything was done with care and ALL staff I spoke to were kind and very reponsive.
