Everything was excellent, I was met by Chris who reviewed with me all the service work that was to be performed. A few hours later after being given a ride home with shuttle service, the work was completed and I was able to pick up my RAV4. The car was immaculate and Chris reviewed with me all work performed as well as the status of various routine inspections (brake and tire wear, etc.).
