They had the car I wanted and Lionel Santiago was a no-pressure, easy going salesperson, just like I wanted. They made a decent offer on my trade and explained some details on sales tax in my home state I did not know, showing me an advantage no other dealer pointed out. My first time going to Acton Toyota of Littleton. I’ve been a customer of Tewksbury and they were great but decided to go closer to home. I wasn’t disappointed. Carlos was amazing! Very attentive, pleasant and just a nice guy!!!!

They had a car that fit our criteria and the process was easy. Their warranty is very good. I do wish there had been some kind of extra like a roof rack considering I feel we paid top dollar. Our only disappointment was the value of our trade-in. That said we are happy with the car so far.
