I very pleased with the dealership and the advisor that I had yesterday. The only thing that bothers me is the fact that the advisors sit facing away from the customers. I suppose it has to do with the pandemic. But, It's hard to get their attention when they have their backs to you.

As always, my experience with these folks has been excellent. From service reminders, appointment scheduling, dropping the car off on the service date and getting the vehicle back with service completed at the time they estimated (sooner actually). Couldn't be easier!

Class act. Every person we have dealt with at Acton has been knowledgeable and courteous. Repairs are explained in a way we understood. Little disappointed in the cost of the repairs and how many things were wrong seeing as the 2015 RAV only has 29900.
