I very pleased with the dealership and the advisor that I had yesterday. The only thing that bothers me is the fact that the advisors sit facing away from the customers. I suppose it has to do with the pandemic. But, It's hard to get their attention when they have their backs to you.
John Bernard was amazing. At times things felt a bit disorganized with the paperwork and tax issue we had but overall a positive experience. Customer service was fantastic.

As always, my experience with these folks has been excellent. From service reminders, appointment scheduling, dropping the car off on the service date and getting the vehicle back with service completed at the time they estimated (sooner actually). Couldn't be easier!
