Class act. Every person we have dealt with at Acton has been knowledgeable and courteous. Repairs are explained in a way we understood. Little disappointed in the cost of the repairs and how many things were wrong seeing as the 2015 RAV only has 29900.
Jailyne worked with me over multiple days to find the car that fit my needs. She stayed in contact with me throughout the whole process. William in Financing sat with me and explained everything in great detail. Overall great experience!
I have purchased too many vehicles to count from this dealership, and formed an excellent working relationship with Neil Schwartz from the service department. It is a pleasure to work with Neil who has gotten to know me and out family vehicles (3 highlanders) over the many years of service. Neil has always provided exceptional service each and every time I visit the dealership.
I have consistently been pleased with this dealership the employees are knowledgeable, friendly, and thorough. I am looking forward to seeing the new style cars coming out
Excellent dealership, well-organized, professionals at every step. There is one exception. You don't list Evan Martinez among the Sales Department people I worked with, but he was the only one. He was thoughtful, accommodating, informed, and creative. I would have given him 5 stars, (Maybe Management gets one less for not listing him. And I ticked one random star among the sales people you DID list just in order to submit this review because it was rejected without it.)
Brain made everything so easy and simple. Brain answered all our questions with no hesitation. He made everything go so smoothly. We are so glad we went to Acton Toyota of Littleton.
