We met Ben Koller at actontoyota.com on a Saturday afternoon, and drove home in our new 2006 Avalon later that same afternoon! Never have we bought a car in a day, from the only dealer we went to. Ben was a pleasure to work with! He's very polite, calm, knowledgeable, eager to please, helpful and not pushy. Others there as well made our experience a pleasant one. Our financing was done smoothly as was our trade-in. This is the way car-buying should be!
Justin Brun at Acton Toypta responded to my Internet request for information on a 2007 Hybrid Toyota Camry. I wasn't quite ready to make the purchase at the time so Justin periodically e-mailed me. Ben Koller is the most outstanding salesperson I've ever dealt with in all my years of buying cars. He helped my mom purchase a Toyota Sienna that needed to be fitted with handicap equipment after the sale, due to my mom's MS. He not only gave my mom a great price, but he went above and beyond in helping us deal with the handicap mobility shop that installed the equipment, even though he didn't benefit from any of these dealings after the sale. We purchased our 2007 Corrolla through Acton Toyota's Internet Sales office. Our initial contact with another sales rep generated some quick price quotes, but not for the specific 2006 vehicle and options we were looking for. My new car search involved e-mail contact with more than a half-dozen dealerships. Acton Toyota immediately responded to my initial contact, and followed that up with courteous service. The price was right, all of my questions were answered promptly, and there were no surprises at any time during our dealings. Our new car is meeting or exceeding our expectations in every way.
I rated this dealership with a 5 for pricing because I believe that I got an excellent deal for my money. I rated friendliness with a 3 because one of the reps was friendly and one was not. I rated Quality of work with a 3 for two reasons. First, I was disappointed that options of the vehicle were not covered with me in advance especially since the car was not built when I bought it and it would have been easy for Toyota to add on Keyless Entry to the vehicle if I had known it did not come with it.
