This dealership's internet operations and how they work with customers could be a model - for other Toyota dealerships and for other car companies too. We had just come off of an unsuccessful, and terrible buying experience at a different Toyota dealership (in Dover, NH). There, we experienced the "typical" dealership behaviors of not returning calls as promised, failing to do what they said they'd do, being very rude to us, increasing the previously "agreed" upon price of the car when we went to pick it up, etc. What to do?... read more

In purchasing a 2006 Highlander, I contacted several local dealers. After talking with several sales agents via phone, I selected Acton Toyota due to their professionalism and customer focused attitude. Other area dealerships were more interested in playing "games", including price quotes with unattainable incentives (such as the College Grad incentive, which has a limited audience). My family bought two cars, a Camry and Highlander within one month. Sales experience was good, very easy to do business with them. Initially used internet pricing and they were the easiest and best dealer to work with. Responded in 5 minutes to my request for a quote. Service department has been top-notch. Have had no problems with either car and regular service has been very good.

Peter and the team at Acton Toyota do a fantastic job! They were responsive to my needs and respectful of my intelligence. I did not feel that I was being fed a line as I have in the past. Peter was very up front about all dealings regarding my car purchase. I am happy to say that this was the most positive car-buying experience of my life and that I am driving precisely the vehicle I wanted to be driving (color and all)! I LOVE my new car!

Go see Ben Koller. He is sincere, hard working, honest and not pushy. Very willing to answer my numerous questions and available after the sale for questions. In fact the entire dealership is available for the customer. I would recommend Acton Totota without reservation.

I would highly recommend going through the internet sales team if you want to purchase a car. Not only did they give me a quote on the first response, they gave me the lowest quote among other dealers. The purchase was absolutely stress free and pressure free. Ben has followed up with me several times after the sales. I cannot say that about other sales people from other dealerships. The service department is very good. I asked if I could get a discount on side mirror and they gave me a discount for both parts and labor.

Excellent, no nonsense dealership. I studied the vehicle extensively through the internet and Consumer Report’s Auto Buying (which tells you how much the dealer pays). The first quote of my new Tacoma 4x4 was so low, no negotiation was required. However, they’re not perfect and I had a couple communication issues. However, the extents they’re willing to take to rectify mistakes is superb.

We've bought 2 vehicles in the past 2 years from Ben, Acton Toyota. We have run into other people/friends with the same positive experience, which is rare (these days.) When the need for another vehicle arises, we will definitely go back.

Go see Ben Koller. He is hardworking, eithical and not pushy. He answered my numerous questions and I had many. He was available after the sale to answer questions as is the entire dealership. Everybody I dealt with was eager to help. I can recommend Acton Toyota without reservation.
