Have brought 3 vehicles here and have been very satisfied with entire process from initial visit through financing and vehicle delivery. Staff is no-nonsense and straightforward and very easy to deal with.
I had a good expereince buying a used Toyota Sienna at Acton Toyota. They met my price with no real haggling and did not push a lot of extra warranties or other things on me. They also did the small stuff like fix a few minor problems found during inspection, provided complete documentation, provide a remote control for the rear entertainment center that was missing, and fix a wiper blade that broke a week after buying it. I give them a good rating on all counts with excellent for customer service and friendliness.
We enjoyed our experience at Acton Toyota and dealing with Bob Rabb. Bob was very helpful from the internet price quote to finding me the specific car I wanted. He didn't include any hidden costs the internet price he quoted us was the price we paid for the car. There was no high pressure sales tactics. I went to four dealers shopping for a car. Only at Acton Toyota did I feel comfortable with the sSalesperson, Andrew Snyder and Ken Koller the Finance Manager. The discussed and reviewed all the terms. The car was delivered as expected. Of course, I would've always liked a lower price!

My wife and i just bought a 2007 prius from Acton. Everything about the experience was great. I highly recommend these guys. In fact, if you are anywhere in the area, I wouldnt even consider any other dealer. I have purchased three new Toyotas (2 Corollas and 1 Camry) from Acton Toyota. My son has purchased two (1 highlander and 1 four runner). For all 5 deals, Acton Toyota gave the very best price and overall deal of all the area Toyota dealers. I also have my 2005 Camry serviced at Acton toyota. I went through the Internet Sales division. My original request was very specific, a Camry CE with traction control and stability control. Norm Wagner said that that vehicle didn't exist, yet a New Hampshire dealership and Acton both said that they could order one. However, since it was an unusual request (not sure why), the CE would have been almost the same price as the LE, so I ended up going with the LE. Wellington Pereira in Internet Sales was friendly, helpful, provided a test drive and answered all my questions without any pressure to purchase. The sale and delivery went very smoothly and the pricing was right between the invoice and the MSRP. The trade-in was a little underpriced but they took care of returning the plates, some issues with the title, etc. for me which was extremely convenient.
