Several months ago we bought 2 Camrys from Acton Toyota. Several months ago we bought 2 Camrys from Acton Toyota. We dealt with Rick Manley in Internet Sales and found him to be very professional and easy to work with. We had always heard good things about Acton Toyota, and understandably so. We would definitely recommend them.
The entire transaction was smooth, professional and up front. The price was great and sent via e-mail. This is a GREAT dealership to work with. I will return for future cars and have already reccommended them to others. They really do satnd behind their mission of treating each customer as they would like to be treated.
The Corolla that I bought from Acton Toyota was the best car buying experience I've ever had. (I've previously bought 1 VW and 4 Corollas). I solicited prices from 6 dealers and Acton was the lowest. When I came in they stuck with the price that we had agreed to over email. There were absolutely no hidden charges. The bid was actually for an 05 car but they were unable to locate one with my specs so they sold me an 06 car for the same price! They also took my old car in a trade-in at a very fair price.
Acton.com was an excellent buying experience. The pricing was great, the staff very professional. Acton Toyota has an excellent service department also. They even offer new owner seminars and remember your birthday. I have dealt with a few other Toyota dealerships in the area and Acton is the best.
My experience at Acton Toyota.com was utterly unlike any other car buying experience that I have had to date. They worked as a team, were extemely responsive, friendly and incredibly easy to work with. The utter absence of BS is what truly separates them from every other dealership that I have ever dealt with. Highly recommended.
Peter and the team were excellent to work with. We tried to work with other Toyota dealerships closer to our home; however, we were not comfortable with the Sales team until finding Acton. The customer service is excellent at Acton Toyota and this is why we purchased our Camry from them! We had an unfortunate incident, an accident with our Camry in the parking lot. I work both in MA and FL and travel between the jobs almost every week. My time with my family is very important and I don't like to take any time away from that. I contacted Acton Toyota via the web as one of my primary factors other than cost and availability was going to be a friendly helpful staff that would work with me on my schedule and limit my actual time at the dealer. As a first time car buyer I found this dealership extremely friendly and non-conforming to the stereotypical "car salesman." I had visited other Scion dealerships where the salesmen were pushy and made me feel uncomfortable. The staff at Acton Toyota seemed to see me as a customer and not a $ sign. I went in there to just look at the new Highlander and ended up coming out of there with a new 4 Runner. Pat was great from the beginning and had no problem spending time with us to help us decide. She always gave us good information and never skewed with the numbers. When it came down the working out the details of the deal I feel I was treated very fairly.
