Andrew Snyder and the Business Manager Ben Koller were very courteous and congenial. That is why I am giving high scores for Customer Service and Friendliness. However, for the pricing it is slightly lower due to the following reasons: The e-mail price quoted was lower than others considering Acton Toyota's lower Documentation Fee (We received another quote $300 lower than Acton Toyota's but that dealership had a documentation fee that was $535 higher). We went here for the first time with my wives sludging Sienna. The only negative was that they tried to sell us a 3500 exhaust. Must be made of gold. The paid for the rental and rebuilt the engine. If that is all it needs then it was great.
After visiting with a local Worcester Toyota dealer, with whom my experience was very disturbing. After comparing pricing I went to Acton Toyota to purchase my 2007 Toyota Camry XLE. The response I got from Bob Rabb and Matt Lameroux was outstanding. I would recommend this dealership to any of my friends looking to purchase a vechicle. The staff was knowledgeable, curtious, and proffessional.

The best car buying experience I've ever had. The internet price was fair and there were no surprises. I was willing to go a distance; Acton Toyota is not the closest dealer to my home. I even took my new car home on the day I test drove it. I would recommend Acton Toyota as a place to purchace a new vehicle.
We bought a new Sequoia through Acton Toyota's Internet Sales Department. We could not be more pleased with the sales process and the friendliness of Peter and other members of the sales staff. I was drawn to this dealership by their rating on this site and by their own website, which was impressive. From the moment I made contact via email to the moment I drove my new Tacoma off the lot, I had been impressed with this dealership, especially Mr. Rakauskas.
