I would highly recommend going with the internet sales team if you want to purchase a car without all the stress and pain of trying to negotiate a price. Not only did Acton give me the lowest quote among dealers, they gave it to me on the first try. I put out an internet search for a dealer price on a Prius and Ben from Acton Toyota was the first to respond. He was very prompt and polite in answering all my questions. I wanted to order the Prius in September for arrival in January to be eligible for the new tax credit. I drove my new car home January 5. I have bought all 3 of my Toyotas from Acton Toyota -- 2 Camrys and 1 Prius, my current vehicle. Also, all 3 cars have always been serviced at Acton Toyota. The sales staff have been friendly and have given me the best deals of all Toyotal dealers in the area. I was treated with respect each and every time. I talked with Jim on the phone, told him the vehicle we wanted and the price we were looking to pay. We went to the dealership that afternoon around 230pm and drove home with our new car that evening. Everything was great!!!

Bought a Highlander and a Sienna within 2 months from this guy. Quoted a great price right over the phone for the vehicles I was looking for. Price quote came to roughly: Invoice price + $200 - Mfg rebates. No hassles on pricing. Also, when we changed our mind about the options etc, price change was in accordance to invoice prices published in Edmunds, carpoint.com, carsdirect.com etc. I definitely recommend this dealership.

It was great to find someone as honest and helpful as Ben. Everything upfront and to the point. Have sent 4 people to see him since purchasing my vehicle and all 4 have purchased a car from Ben. Internet sales service is the way to go!!! Totally painless transaction...as it should be. My trade in was at fair market value. Best price i could find quoted over the internet and phone. I would highly recommend dealing with the internet dept.
