I went in there to just look at the new Highlander and ended up coming out of there with a new 4 Runner. Pat was great from the beginning and had no problem spending time with us to help us decide. Top quality at Acton Toyota. They do not haggle with prices. I compared Acton's price with my local IRA, and to quote the gentleman at IRA, he said, "Ma'am. If they're qutoing you that price then go for it. IRA can't beat it". Rick was a pleasure to do business with. I've recommended Acton Toyota to a co-worker and she recently picked up the 2007 Camry.

You definitely have to let go of the stereotype of car salesmen when you visit the internet sales department. Honestly, my wife and I were skeptical of how nice and honest Ben Koller was all the way up until we drove off the lot with our new Highlander. The folks at Acton Toyota were wonderful. Sales people knew I had done my homework before entering the dealership and treated me with respect and kindness. The bottom line was the first line. I value my time and money, and these folks worked with me to get the best deal and financing in a fast and effecient manner. Before I knew it I was on my way home with a brand new truck. I have been singing their praises ever since.
This is a friendly dealership. The price quoted via internet was the same when I got to the dealership to purchase the car. I felt no pressure to purchase the vehicle. They were upfront with all the costs.
I recently purchased a Tacoma from Acton Toyota. I initiated the purchase over the phone and found no surprises when I went to the dealership. Wellington was friendly and professional. He returned phone calls and was attentive to me throughout the purchase. This is the second new Toyota I have purchased. I would never go back to the first dealership as the experience was horrible, but I would absolutely recommend Acton Toyota to a friend.
