Eric Moeller provided great service as usual. He let me know what was wrong with the car as it went through the inspection and oil change process, and when asked, he provided me with what repairs were crucial and which could be deferred until a later date due to costs.
I have been a customer of Acton Toyota for more than 35 years. During that time I have purchased many vehicles for myself, my wife and my four children. Today, one of our past Highlanders is owned by our oldest granddaughter who is in college through a gift we made to her. I have always been pleased by all aspects of the dealership including of course its service.
I've been coming to the dealership for 15 years, and I've always been pleased with the service. The staff is helpful and cooperative.
Scott Vachon was so helpful and he made the process go easy. He even installed my weathertechs. The other thing about Acton Toyota of Littleton is that everybody there is so nice and polite. Mike the finance guy was very excellent too. Thanks guys.
As I am healing from a broken hip and using a cane, I was a bit apprehensive about my visit. But everyone was most kind and helpful. Also I was alerted to a problem that needed further action.

Everyone is very friendly and nice and John Bernard is the nicest man and very helpful. He explains all the features of the new car wonderfully! He takes time with you even after he has made the sale! We will continue to be customers of John Bernard's as long as he is with Acton Toyota
