Staff are always incredibly helpful, patient, and informative. They save me money whenever they can, but keep me safe. I have 226K miles on my Prius, but I never get pressured into buying a new car. They seem to take as much pride in my mileage as I do! 😁
Excellent. Keep up the good work. But, the demands of this review, ie # of words and specific people, is over the top. I'll not likely do this review thing again for that reason.
I have been an Acton Toyota customer for greater than 20 years and have purchased multiple cars from the dealership. Neil Schwartz has supported the service of my vehicles over all those years and I find it a pleasure to work with him on all levels for customer service (friendliness, technical service, respectful, cutomer relationship). I find it a pleasure to work with Neil and I plan to continue to do so with all my vehicles.
My experience with Andre and Shawn was great! I appreciate that they gave me a fair deal on my trade-in. The process was streamlined in that my maintenance/warranty options were presented during the same visit as when I bought the car.
