I have always appreciated Acton Toyota's professionalism in all aspects of the dealership. Today's trip to the service department was no exception. I truly appreciated Leo's efforts to keep me informed.
I had an appointment when I arrived. I was seen immediately by a service manager. I left the truck with my contact. The service manger was very courteous and professional. My required service was under warranty and the issue was repaired. I was notified when the service was completed.
Per usual Acton, Toyota is the best. Thank you for taking care of my truck! I wish that Brian Crowley was still there. Sad to hear he is gone.

I always have an exceptional experience at Acton Toyota but this was the first time I have visited since Covid. Their protocols made be feel very secure and well cared for.
My service experience was fine, but I wish I knew after my last service that my next service would not be included in my extended warranty. I wasn’t prepared to spend 356.00 for 4 more services, but I still ended up spending 200.00 for an oil change with 2 filters.
