I worked with Carlos, I found the experience to be very low stress and very professional. I was impressed that Carlos sent me a video he created to "show"me the car ahead of time and the time he spent going over the features was much appreciated. High marks for customer service!

I alwasys had to leave a message. It also used to take 24 hours before I get a call back for a voice message left. It 's been very frustrating!
