I was immediately processed so my car could be serviced promptly. My advisor, Mr. Gregoire, was polite, efficient and patient. He clearly explained the need for additional work. And he was patient with my requests to repeat some comments (I am hard of hearing) as well as patient with my troublesome cell phone.
Always have Service thru you, Find Service is most efficient and work always excellent. Updates given when trouble found. Since 10/2002 I've been coming to you and would recommend your service to anyone.
I worked with Carlos, I found the experience to be very low stress and very professional. I was impressed that Carlos sent me a video he created to "show"me the car ahead of time and the time he spent going over the features was much appreciated. High marks for customer service!
