The Corolla was brought in for the Toyota Care 1.5 year/ 15k mile check-up and basic service. The car was quickly taken by the valet on arrival and ready for pick-up at the estimated time. The processing of the paperwork by one of the service group staff went quickly with the only changes needed was updating my contact information. A fringe benefit of the location is that there is a good hardware store across the street for picking up items for home projects and repairs.
Kim helped me get in a more realistic timeline for my maintenance and then also helped me with some extra service I added last minute.
I'm a first time Toyota buyer. The staff at Acton Toyota made the buying experience feel seamless and unpressured. They did everything possible to ensure I was happy with my purchase.
Everything I asked for was done and on time and just the way I wanted . Also, the headlight issue that I brought up was solved very efficiently and effectively and with a great price! The waiting and bath room areas were clean. I would just say that the service representative I dealt with was slightly condescending throughout my walkthrough of my issues when I first came in. Good experience having my car serviced for a major service interval (120,000). The service team helped me find the right maintenance package that would include all the services I needed for the best price savings by bundling them. I appreciated that some services were included such as cleaning the battery terminals - for which another dealership wanted to charge an extra $50. They provided a complimentary loaner as well.
