All was simply ideal, it could not be better. The most convenient for me organization of safety recall. I left my car in the evening and picked it up next day.
My car has a breathalyzer device installed, so it’s always a little extra work, fitting me into the stream. Your people always go out of their way to accommodate me. I appreciate that.

I dropped my car off the night before, filled out the registration envelope ( key inside) and put it in the secure drop box. No contact needed. Great feature.
Very easy to schedule a service appointment online. Diagnosis of problem and recommendation for fixing problem was explained in easy to understand terms. Time taken to complete work was reasonable as well as price.
