My first experience with Acton Toyota of Littleton (recently moved to MA). Very positive experience! Kim P called to confirm the car was being looked at, then called later to go over the services being performed. She was terrific! The service department made contactless drop-off and pick-up extremely easy. I won't hesitate to come back to the dealership for my next service.
My experience at Acton Toyota was excellent. My van was ready earlier than expected. Van was exceptionally clean and fresh smelling. The front window was sparkling clean this time. It was not washed last time I had the Butler service.
Have never had a Toyota so was pleasantly surprised when I test drove the Venza and Rav4. Both nice cars. Ken White, who assisted with my decision, was the best. He couldn't have been more professional and accommodating as I tried to decided which way to go. It took a few days longer than I'm sure most people take but I couldn't be happier with the Venza.
