I have known Jim Piazas and have bought several cars from him @ Acton Toyota. I have always had a good repore with him and his knowledge of the product he is selling. He never pushes and always help you find the right car. He is always reachable even on his days off. When I call or text he always finds time to answer. I would recommend Jim to any new or repeat buyer as I know he will give them a fair deal with no back and forth and no aggravation. and in turn they will be very happy with their purchase.
They are great. If you have any questions or concerns they take the time to answer them and make sure everything is okay. I had a concern about my settings and did not how to change them so I returned to the dealership and Eric Moeller, the gentleman that checked me in fixed the problem.
