My service rep (desk 10)was extremely helpful and had an inspection done even though I forgot to mention it-she discussed that the tire sensor wouldn’t go out -we talked about how they will need to put it on a machine to figure out which tire sensor might be faulty and checked with my platinum service plan for coverage for this service
