Honest, salesman found the cars we were looking for in a timely manner. He was helpful sharing his knowledge of different used brands/models for us to buy the cars that best met our needs. Would go to this salesman and dealer again when we are next looking for a vehicle.

Tom Downing worked with me from the start on getting my new vehicle. Tom was very professional, knowledgeable, and helped me through the process from start to finish. All of the other people on the team (finance, maintenance and insurance representatives) were also very helpful too. It was a comfortable, no pressure environment that allowed me to make confident decisions regarding my purchase.
I was treated well (as opposed to other dealerships I’ve visited) and the communication was good.
Everyone is very transparent and helpful with the entire process. Even when it’s very busy they find the time to explain everything, and they make sure you are comfortable with the terms. I have bought previous vehicles from Acton, and I will continue to.

My Lucerne had gas fumes. Its dealer was fully booked, so I took it to my former dealer, Acton Toyota, last Fri. pm. Not only were they able to look at it next day, they had a rental program. On Mon., after the svc. crew found leaky fuel lines, Miguel strongly recommended I take the car to Colonial Chevrolet, for they had certified mechanics for American cars w/ this kind of problem.
